Jetting out of Hong Kong to the island of Taiwan put us there for the Taiwan Audio Association Hi-End Show 2019 to be held in the iconic Grand Hotel in Taipei just as it has been for many years now. A highlight for YG's Dick Diamond as he spent a couple of years there in the early 80's.
YG Acoustic's distributor in Taiwan, daChee Intl., had a fantastic display as usual. Driven by Aesthetix electronics the Hailey 2.2 speakers sang with authority and articulate transparency. In addition, DinJay Audio's Steven Chang (a marvelous YG Acoustics dealer in Taipei) had both the Hailey 2.2 and Sonja 2.2 speakers sounding amazingly powerful, majestic and spacious.
